Digital Video Camera
Cover the basics in one intensive class
DATE & TIME
Saturday, January 28, 2017
INSTRUCTOR Simpson, Terry
TOTAL CLASS HOURS 9
Introduction to Digital Video provides all you need to know to start rolling in the world of digital video production. Learn what the buttons and knobs on your camera do, and how to use manual functions (iris, focus, shutter, white balance)--and when to use auto functions to shoot like a Pro. Emphasis will be split between learning the buttons and learning the professional approach to shooting. This is a “hands-on” workshop and covers the fundamentals of composition, camera operation, and basic audio.
Our goal is to teach you how to get the most out of today's HD consumer and prosumer cameras (and DSLR’s). More importantly: YOUR camera (if you have one), tripod, and accessories. We have enough cameras of the main types for all the students in class, BUT so we can help you get the most out of it, If you have your own digital video camera, please bring it to the workshop (optional).
